Red Wall Cavern Stained Glass Panel

This lovely stained glass panel depicts the Red Wall Cavern, a favorite hangout spot for Grand Canyon river rats. As you make your way down the Colorado River look towards the left hand side, the cliff opens up to form a massive cave at the waterline. This natural amphitheater is carved out of the Redwall Sandstone by the scouring action of the river over the course of millions of years.

The stained glass panel itself was created using glass of various texture and colors including red, orange, ambers, bronze, tan, and blue. The texture of the glass was chosen to mimic the rough and natural landscape. This panel features two loops on each side for hanging and is perfect for accenting the top of a large window or as a stand alone piece of art. This panel is one of a kind and will not be re-created again.
